Shankar Enterprises Returns & Refunds Policy

At Shankar Enterprises, we are committed to delivering quality products and a seamless customer experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please refer to the policy below.

1. Returns

  • You may return an item within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition.

    • Returned in the original packaging along with any accessories, tags, or manuals that came with it.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or improper handling will not be accepted.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit card).

  • Refund Credit Timeline: The refund amount will be credited within 7–10 business days from the date of approval, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

3. Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange a product due to size, defect, or any valid reason, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchange requests are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested item is available, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • If the exchange item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit as an alternative. 
    Store Credit Crediting Timeline: Store credit will be issued to your registered account or email within 2–3 business days from the date we receive and approve the returned item.
    Store Credit Validity: The issued store credit will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used on any future purchase on our platform.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Customized or specially made products.

  • Used, damaged, or tampered items.

  • Opened electronic or mechanical parts.
